Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify their beauty needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of beauty products and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about beauty products.
  • Execute visual merchandising and operational standards to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Meet sales goals by effectively communicating product benefits and features to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • Authentic passion for beauty and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally over 50 pounds with a two-person lift.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
  • Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
