- Ensure the delivery of quality, efficient, and cost-effective processes within the organization.
- Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive reporting on the company's operational status.
- Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify, propose, and implement innovative processes, technologies, and systems to enhance and streamline organizational workflows and resource utilization.
- Guarantee that the organization consistently delivers high-quality products and services.
- Conduct impact assessments and address any operational issues that arise.
- Align project prioritization with the organization’s strategic business plan and vision.
- Facilitate effective communication and gather business requirements from internal stakeholders for enhancements and process improvements.
- Support the interpretation and application of regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
- Establish, communicate, and implement policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent support and execution.
- Review and approve cost-control reports, project cost estimates, and staffing needs.
- Manage the departmental budget effectively.
- Present regular performance reports and metrics to the Executive Team.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in upper management is required.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CI) and project management methodologies.
- A genuine desire to assist others and effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Experience in developing and conveying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to facilitate effective communication between business and IT stakeholders.
