  • Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify, propose, and implement innovative processes, technologies, and systems to enhance and streamline organizational workflows and resource utilization.
  • Guarantee that the organization consistently delivers high-quality products and services.
  • Conduct impact assessments and address any operational issues that arise.
  • Align project prioritization with the organization’s strategic business plan and vision.
  • Facilitate effective communication and gather business requirements from internal stakeholders for enhancements and process improvements.
  • Support the interpretation and application of regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Establish, communicate, and implement policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent support and execution.
  • Review and approve cost-control reports, project cost estimates, and staffing needs.
  • Manage the departmental budget effectively.
  • Present regular performance reports and metrics to the Executive Team.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in upper management is required.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CI) and project management methodologies.
  • A genuine desire to assist others and effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Experience in developing and conveying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to facilitate effective communication between business and IT stakeholders.
