Key Responsibilities

- Manage vehicle DOT documentation, including the processing of invoices and conducting inspections.
- Review various documents and refresh reports with updated information.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with fleet managers and maintenance technicians.
- Keep accurate records for off-road equipment and report findings, while also managing the vehicle telematics system.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to shifting work demands.
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills across various platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of DMV, DOT, and transportation regulations is a plus.
Note: A drug test and background check will be required upon a conditional job offer.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
