Job Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive data entry tasks with precision.
  • Support the oversight and upkeep of the organization's fleet assets.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain files, ensuring they are linked to live spreadsheets for easy access.
  • Manage vehicle DOT documentation, including the processing of invoices and conducting inspections.
  • Review various documents and refresh reports with updated information.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with fleet managers and maintenance technicians.
  • Keep accurate records for off-road equipment and report findings, while also managing the vehicle telematics system.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to shifting work demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of DMV, DOT, and transportation regulations is a plus.

Note: A drug test and background check will be required upon a conditional job offer.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
