About the Role:
This seasonal position will be based in Memphis, TN, with a typical Monday-to-Friday schedule and an average start time of 8:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into the Human Resources database.
- Compose clear and effective memos to employees regarding policy and procedural changes.
- Assist in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures.
- Review resumes in the online database to identify qualified candidates for specific open positions.
- Maintain applications and applicant flow logs in accordance with standard company procedures.
- Support recruitment activities and special projects as needed.
- File documents and respond to phone calls.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from a Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and convey a positive, professional image to internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of local employment and regulatory laws (preferred).
