Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Machine Tool Sales Engineer. This exciting opportunity will involve prospecting and engaging customers in an exclusive and protected sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage customers in the Memphis/Huntsville region and additional territories in Charlotte, NC, and Atlanta, GA.
  • Represent world-class products from Brother Industries, Matsuura Machinery, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and Takisawa Machine Tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Conduct needs analyses and provide solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Industrial sales or capital equipment background with exposure to manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Great organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge and conduct needs analyses.
  • Engineering and business software knowledge, and technical aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
