About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Interventionist to join our team at ATC Philadelphia. As a Master's Level Clinician, you will provide mental health services to children in Philadelphia, PA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions, to address the areas of need identified in clients' assessments. You will work collaboratively with other IBHS team members and adults in the child's community context to formulate effective treatment plans.

Job Summary

This role requires a skilled clinician who can work collaboratively with other team members to provide high-quality mental health services to children.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other IBHS team members and adults in the child's community context to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Attend interagency service planning meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Licensed in PA as a behavior specialist, OR have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis, OR have a graduate degree in ABA from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 based on location and industry standards.
