About the RoleACS Consultants, Inc. is seeking a skilled Student Behavior Interventionist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Student Behavior Interventionist, you will work closely with students in Philadelphia to address their social-emotional and behavioral needs. You will utilize evidence-based strategies to support students in managing behaviors, promoting positive coping skills and self-regulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement behavior interventions: Utilize evidence-based strategies to support students in managing behaviors, and promoting positive coping skills and self-regulation.
  • Collaborate with school staff: Coordinate efforts with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Document and communicate progress: Maintain accurate records of interventions, collect data on student behavior, and communicate regularly with the school team, parents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school or therapeutic setting is preferred.
  • Background Checks, up-to-date FBI and state clearances (or willing to obtain).
