Key Responsibilities
  • Process and price donated merchandise, meeting minimum quotas and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company property and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
