The Wealth Relationship Advisor SAFE Act is a highly experienced role within the financial services sector. This position leverages extensive expertise to enhance processes and workflows while integrating specialized knowledge within a defined area. A comprehensive understanding of how various areas collaborate within the sub-function is essential, as well as contributing to the overall objectives of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Cultivate relationships with prospective clients to increase bank and brokerage assets.

+ Strengthen existing client relationships in Private Wealth Management and Retail Banking through effective financial planning and exceptional discovery skills.

+ Address referrals and introductions from business partners, recommending suitable offerings based on client profiling and assessments.

+ Provide investment advice and securities recommendations utilizing firm models and research.

+ Identify and capitalize on referral opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

+ Collaborate with segment partners as needed, including Senior Wealth Advisors and Home Lending Officers.

+ Convert referral leads into new client acquisitions.

+ Ensure diligent client follow-up while adhering to all regulatory and compliance procedures.

+ Maintain strict compliance with KYC/AML and other regulatory standards.

+ Work closely with branch team members to guarantee a positive client experience.

+ Assess risks in business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

+ 5-8 years of relevant experience.

+ Proven success in a proactive sales and service role within the financial services industry.

+ Strong analytical and financial acumen.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial planning software is preferred.

+ Basic knowledge of investment and financial planning strategies is advantageous.

+ Self-motivated, problem-solving, and goal-oriented team player capable of working independently.

+ Required FINRA licenses: Series 6, 65, and 63 (candidates with Series 7 & 66 are encouraged to apply) and Insurance Group 1.

+ This role necessitates registration as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, along with compliance with annual renewal and update requirements.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
