Job Requirements:

New Home Construction experience required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a proactive prospecting, follow-up, and marketing plan.

Graphic design, production, packaging, and fulfillment of marketing materials including but not limited to marketing platforms, maps, signage, social media & website graphics, promotional materials, brand brochures and collateral, company presentations, email, elevation renderings, apparel, etc. Effective copywriting and accurate proofreading are essential. Photography and video editing are a plus.

  • Actively engage in the development and execution of marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads
  • Understand our buyers and craft marketing strategies
  • Assist in the development of messaging and content
  • Maintain brand standards across all messaging
  • Design and produce company collateral
  • Maintain marketing asset library
  • Manage the development of our customer-facing platforms and provide website admin support
  • Asset Management
  • Adhere to company file share protocol
  • Organize, maintain and protect marketing assets including: Photography, Video, Images, Graphics, Produced Work, and Archives


Position Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in art, marketing/advertising, journalism, or related area


Experience

  • Experience in graphic design for marketing and advertising with proven ability to deliver results
  • Managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and tracking ROI to maximize marketing investments and achieve business objectives
