Community Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Community Ambassador to join our team at Sagora Senior Living Inc. As a Community Ambassador, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the front desk and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring effective telephone and mail communications, and maintaining a professional image.

Additionally, you will be required to direct calls and take messages as appropriate, keep the lobby area clean and presentable, and assist associates as needed at the front desk. You will also make rounds around the community as necessary for security procedures and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

What does it take to be a successful Community Ambassador?

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 6 months related experience preferred
• Multitasking and time-management skills
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.
