About the Role

As a Concierge at Sagora Senior Living, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members
  • Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure a professional image
  • Direct calls and take messages as needed
  • Keep the lobby area clean and presentable
  • Assist team members as needed at the front desk
  • Make rounds around the community for security procedures
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Respond to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months of related experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
