Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members
- Manage the front desk and reception area to ensure a professional image
- Direct calls and take messages as needed
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable
- Assist team members as needed at the front desk
- Make rounds around the community for security procedures
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of related experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
