Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tier II Security Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our infrastructure managed services program, you will provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for the Department of Homeland Security's US Coast Guard infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to resolve complex system issues
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to optimize product support techniques and tools
  • Ensure system stability through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Provide consultative assistance during off-hours and support the team with technical expertise
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and 5 years of IT experience
  • U.S. Citizenship and Secret clearance or higher required
  • Experience with Remedy software or similar tools
  • Ability to obtain Security+ certification within 6 months of hire
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
