We are in search of detail-oriented and experienced accountants who will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records for various clients. Your skills in managing client relationships, addressing client concerns, and delivering timely financial reports will be vital to our clients' satisfaction and our firm's success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work during standard business hours to support clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support client projects as needed.
  • Assist with year-end closing and tax filings as required.
