Position Overview

We are currently expanding our team and seeking detail-oriented and experienced accountants. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records for a diverse range of clients. Your expertise in managing client relationships and providing timely financial reporting will be vital to ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to our firm's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bookkeeping for various clients.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Process payroll while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support client projects as needed.
  • Assist with year-end close and tax filings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
