Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of robust software engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in team management.
- Familiarity with security concepts and experience in developing IAM or data security products.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and leading teams to successful product delivery.
- Proficient in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests for system software or business applications.
- Experience in building microservices and working with web services, Java connectors, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud applications and full-stack technologies, particularly with platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong skills in object-oriented design, coding, and debugging.
- Solid background in design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.
- Experience with database products and SQL database interfacing.
- Agile development experience using tools such as BitBucket, Jira, and Jenkins.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and the ability to coach teams in delivering effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and systems thinking to manage both overarching concepts and intricate technical details.
- Experience collaborating with remote teams towards shared objectives.
- Effective project management skills and a self-starting attitude with a quick learning ability for new technologies.
