Senior Quality Manager

3M is seeking a Senior Quality Supervisor to lead our Fairmont, MN site's Quality organization. As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will collaborate with the plant team to advance 3M Fairmont.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the site Quality organization to ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to improve the site's Quality Management System.
- Manage professional and support level employees with clearly defined roles and feedback to promote continuous improvements.
- Communicate project or program status and results to stakeholders, including customers.
- Oversee and perform standard work to ensure timely completion of nonconforming material review, supplier and internal corrective action, and customer complaint completion.
- Oversee the execution of internal and external Quality audits.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Three years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role.
- Additional qualifications include a secondary degree or higher in Engineering or a related Technical Field, experience in a union facility, previous experience as a Quality leader, and experience applying and implementing statistical and continuous improvement methodologies.
