· Contribute to the creation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry norms.

· Promote communication and cooperation among facility personnel, vendors, and other relevant parties.

· Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

· Participate in the development of staff training programs and initiatives aimed at performance enhancement.

· Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

· A Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

· At least 1 year of experience in provider relations.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a post-acute care environment or assisted living.

· At least 1 year of experience in healthcare operations.

· Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and operational best practices.

· Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

· Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid or remote setting.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare management software is preferred.
