About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Riverside Medical Clinic. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our multi-specialty medical services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Conduct vital sign measurements, record patient information, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
  • Administer prescribed medications, perform routine laboratory tests, and initiate intravenous lines under the supervision of a physician or allied health professional.
  • Participate in patient education, communicating effectively with patients and their families to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Current California licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Vocational Nursing.
  • Two years' experience preferred working as an LVN in a multi-specialty group setting.
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) certification and IV Certification required.
  • Current ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association preferred.
