About the Role

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Railroad Wastewater Engineer to join our Industrial Water team in Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, Denver, CO, or Seattle, WA office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery through the complete project cycle, including assessment, design, and construction assistance.
  • Work directly with clients and teams to determine needs and provide solutions.
  • Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and other project documentation.
  • Support the work of others and mentor junior-level engineers and design/drafting technical staff.
  • Ensure project compliance with all Arcadis practices and quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience in the wastewater field.
  • Project experience including design and construction of industrial or municipal wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Experience in development of project drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Experience or desire for client-facing role with skills to include preparation and development of proposals, managing client expectations, and overall relationship.
