Optomi, in collaboration with a leading client in the financial services sector, is looking for a skilled Engineer to enhance their operational capabilities. This role is centered around managing DevOps processes for both mobile and web platforms.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in managing CICD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Travis CI, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash
  • Basic familiarity with Native/React/React Native technologies (expertise not mandatory)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for developer assistance and resolving build challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to offer first-level support for developers
  • Relevant experience is prioritized over the length of service in the industry
  • Experience with AWS is a plus; Azure knowledge is not essential

Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing CICD pipelines, primarily utilizing GitLab runners within GitLab CI/CD
  • Facilitating DevOps for both web and mobile applications
  • Providing initial support and troubleshooting for developer builds
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the engineering team
  • Utilizing Bitrise for specific mobile application deployment requirements
  • Leveraging AWS for infrastructure management
