Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to take the helm in our healthcare and medical business unit. This is a unique opportunity to apply your Project Management skills within a well-established organization that has a rich history of over a century.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the management of assigned projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Provide technical assistance to the estimating and sales teams for new program quotations.
  • Engage in technical discussions and design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews with clients.
  • Participate in tooling design evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to identify suitable external vendors for raw materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Facilitate regular project updates and conference calls with clients.
  • Manage cross-functional internal resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Oversee open sales order activities and timelines for new product development (NPD) deliverables.
  • Analyze NPD outputs for profitability trends.
  • Contribute to the development and review of manufacturing and quality documentation.
  • Assist in data analysis and collaborate with Quality Engineering teams.
  • Provide engineering consultation on existing production programs as necessary.
  • Create, monitor, and report on critical department key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support critical KPI objectives.
  • Manage projects across multiple manufacturing sites as required.

Travel Requirements: Up to 40% local daytime travel may be necessary.
