Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to provide high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as retail and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction, including patient engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
