Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Our pharmacy technicians are the face of our pharmacy, interacting with customers and developing strong relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including dispensing medications and providing patient education.
  • Interact with customers and patients, providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships.
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking medications.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
