Overview:
  • Crescens is seeking to manage the distribution of outdated equipment that was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. The deployment of laptops and accessories is essential to comply with end-of-life protocols.
  • We are looking to onboard two additional personnel to assist with inventory oversight and distribution tasks.
  • This position necessitates the individual to be present onsite five days a week, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.
  • This is a temporary engagement aimed at facilitating the transition from obsolete hardware to new systems. An extension of this role is unlikely.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of hardware inventory
  • Imaging of equipment
  • Installation of software
  • Deployment of equipment
  • User transition processes
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware/software
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Proficiency in PC/Laptop hardware, multifunctional devices, Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and MS365 web applications, SCCM
  • Knowledge of imaging technologies and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Dell/Client PC hardware configuration and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, Teams, and Outlook (user profile setup and end-user support)
  • Skills in Windows 10 OS configuration and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of SCCM for device imaging
  • Familiarity with SCSM for trouble ticket management and workflows
  • Experience with multifunctional devices.
