Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and various transactional documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, title examinations, and surveys for real estate transactions.
  • Offer legal counsel on real estate issues, including zoning and land use.
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Assist with other legal matters related to corporate and transactional real estate as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in transactional real estate law.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to fostering and maintaining client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a robust work ethic.
