Role Summary: Multi-Site Optical Sales Associate

As a Multi-Site Optical Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and support to our customers. Collaborating closely with the Optical Sales Manager, your focus will be on creating a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Driving sales performance while managing expenses efficiently
  • Achieving personal and store objectives
  • Implementing streamlined operational processes
  • Assisting customers with their eyewear selections and needs
This position requires flexibility as you will be working across various store locations within your designated area.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Attributes:
  • Experience in Optical or Retail environments is preferred
  • Strong sales acumen to engage with customers, assess their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide educational insights on their purchases
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer applications
  • Able to work effectively with a diverse clientele
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player open to feedback and personal development
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
