Bilingual Retail Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Retail Trainer. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of employees, implementing training programs, and demonstrating our company values and guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Teamwork:
- Relay information between store personnel and management.
- Keep specified information confidential.
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service.
- Communicate with all staff throughout the workday.
- Offer guidance and clear instruction to retail associates.
- Employee Accountability and Productivity:
- Operate effectively using procedural guidelines.
- Assist in evaluating employee performance.
- Ensure each store meets production goals.
- Ensure employees' time is accurate and timely.
- Safety and Loss Prevention:
- Report and prevent any safety concerns or health violations.
- Pay attention to sales floor and backroom for loss prevention and document as needed.
- Count and balance register cash drawers to prepare bank deposits.
- Follow all specifications under Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls and the Hazardous Communication Policy and Procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
