Graybar is seeking an accomplished Administrative and Customer Experience Leader to lead our branch's administrative functions and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for supervising administrative staff, coordinating business operations, and implementing customer-facing solutions to drive sales, financial, and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff
- Coordinate business operations and implement customer-facing solutions
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with Branch Manager to manage profitability, expenses, and assets
Requirements:
- SAP and Microsoft Office experience
- Supervisory and leadership skills; ability to motivate and support a team
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- 5+ years experience required
- 2 year degree preferred
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000, based on industry standards and location.
