Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Representative to join our dynamic team at Corporate Positions. As a Server Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Exceptional Service:

    • Set the standard for outstanding service with every guest interaction, providing a warm and welcoming attitude to create a positive first impression.
    • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel valued and respected throughout their dining experience.
  2. Engage with Guests:

    • Create memorable dining experiences through friendly and engaging communication, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Be the go-to expert on our menu, specials, and restaurant details, making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  3. Manage Orders Efficiently:

    • Take and relay guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages.
    • Follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Enhance the Dining Experience:

    • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to recommend menu items and specials, increasing average ticket sales and enhancing the overall dining experience.
    • Personalize service to meet the unique needs and preferences of each guest, creating a tailored experience that exceeds their expectations.
  5. Resolve Issues Proactively:

    • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, with a focus on positive resolutions that exceed their expectations.
  6. Maintain a Pristine Environment:

    • Keep the dining area clean, organized, and inviting, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
    • Bus tables and reset them swiftly for incoming guests, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
  7. Collaborate with Team Members:

    • Work seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations, communicating effectively to ensure a seamless dining experience.
    • Assist in training and mentoring new servers, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and confidence.
  8. Adhere to Standards:

    • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests, maintaining a high level of compliance and adherence to company policies.
    • Comply with company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of service and quality.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods, with the physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, with the ability to maneuver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability:

    • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and schedules.
