Company Overview:
KPMG, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our Managed Services practice. Our team provides cloud-based platform solutions to clients across various industries.

Salary:$123,456 - $158,190 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong technical skills to lead our Oracle Financials functional specialist team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of recent experience in managed services support or consulting, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with industry/business subject area professionals, software engineers, and technical leadership to manage day-to-day operations of cloud-based platform applications like Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday, Coupa, and SAP.
    • Lead the design, build, test, and delivery of cloud platform solutions using industry-leading vendor technologies and ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.
    • Manage onshore and offshore teams that provide Level 2/3 support, including break/fix, enhancements, reports, and upgrades to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based applications.
    • Deliver weekly and monthly status and performance reports; develop and distribute operational performance reports and analytics to applicable stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience working directly with internal and external clients, including at least two years in a leadership role.
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline.
    • Experience with upgrades and functional testing, with an understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management.
    • Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; keen attention to detail; high level of accuracy in written and oral communication skills, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
    • Capability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both onshore and offshore), and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions;
    • Ability to travel up to 25%.
