About the Role

This is a direct hire opportunity to work with our client in Troy, Michigan. As a Customer Service and Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, entering them into the SAP management system, coordinating with the Production department to define production timelines, and managing the receipt and shipment of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving issues
  • Entering customer orders into the SAP management system
  • Coordinating with the Production department to define production timelines
  • Managing the receipt and shipment of materials
  • Handling invoicing and purchasing activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the Automotive sector
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients
  • A strong problem-solving attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
What We Offer
