The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This role involves processing customer menu orders via the telephone, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with Pizza Hut.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone within 3 rings with a smile in their voice
  • Follow the phone script/offer to explain specials
  • Take customer menu orders accurately
  • Suggestive sell additional menu items
  • Enter orders accurately in the Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Repeat orders for accuracy
  • Handle customer problems efficiently and in a friendly manner
  • Greet all customers
  • Clean the front of house area
  • Assist in preparing menu items
  • Assist with all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Wear a clean and proper company uniform
  • Complete training certification
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • At least 15 years of age
  • Able to verbally communicate to customers via the telephone
  • Able to visually read computer monitors to process customer orders
  • Able to enter customer data into the computer using the keyboard
  • Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
