Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Realty Center Management Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, HVAC system maintenance, and general repairs.
  • Report all major repairs and requisitions to the Lead Maintenance prior to any expenditure of funds.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized maintenance shop, with adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
  • Complete make-ready units and work orders as assigned.
  • Provide on-call support and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

  • HVAC certification
  • High school or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
