We are seeking a highly skilled Software Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at BotBuilt. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing our autonomous framing system infrastructure.
Your primary focus will be on designing and deploying data logging and retrieval systems for our heterogeneous robot data. You will also facilitate high-level robot developer support and troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to uphold infrastructure quality and security standards, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our systems.
As a Software Infrastructure Engineer at BotBuilt, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from optimizing IoT deployments to providing essential tools for our software and robotics teams.
Responsibilities- Design and manage infrastructure for autonomous framing system
- Deploy data logging and retrieval systems for heterogeneous robot data
- Facilitate high-level robot developer support and troubleshooting
- Uphold infrastructure quality and security standards
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with CI tools and best practices
- Knowledge of C++ is advantageous
- Background in system administration or network management is a plus
- Experience with IoT deployment is preferred, particularly experience with Balena
