Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering care utilizing the nursing process of assessing, collecting, and documenting data to identify nursing diagnoses. They will establish, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care and discharge plans.
The ideal candidate will provide responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by the American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Establish and implement individual patient care and discharge plans
- Provide responsible and accountable nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards
- Collaborate with peers and other professional disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current licensure as a RN in the State of Florida
- Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Certifications as required by individual unit/area
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
