Versatile Banking Associate

Position Overview
A successful Universal Banker is adaptable, resourceful, and skilled. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the banking center, including processing transactions, managing accounts, and identifying sales opportunities. You will receive training to inform clients about our offerings, services, and advantages. This position is ideal for those who appreciate collaboration, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and seek to advance their careers in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
- Execute financial transactions for clients efficiently
- Assist clients in opening and managing their accounts
- Support clients with loan applications and other financial products
- Provide education to clients regarding our offerings and services
- Effectively cross-sell and refer clients to other internal departments
- Engage in client outreach activities
- Contribute to the training of new team members
- Support various operational tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a teller role or a comparable mix of education and experience
- Proficiency with a 10-key calculator and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Successful candidates must meet the criteria for a background credit check and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Continued employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
