Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to oversee the parts department for a leading manufacturer. This position is critical in ensuring the efficient and precise processing of parts orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of parts orders, including both domestic and international shipments.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support seamless production and repair operations.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to develop forecasts and implement effective strategies.
  • Conduct annual inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 4 employees within the parts department.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Infor Visual.
  • Experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive, power, or heavy equipment sectors.
