We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Novant Health in Wilmington, NC. As a LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Professional Registered Nurse, adhering to established nursing standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, data collection, and treatments, as delegated by the RN.
- Participate in patient education, reinforcing relevant information to facilitate optimal patient function and independence.
- Delegate specific patient care duties to non-licensed team members, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with the team, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to enhance your practice and profession.
- Organize and perform work efficiently, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
