Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Enablement: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical challenges and requirements, and provide expert support for our Spectrum-X networking technology.
  • Proof-of-Concept Development: Design and develop proof-of-concept materials for innovative technologies, showcasing their potential for early adopters.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to design and deploy cutting-edge NVIDIA networking platforms for AI and HPC workloads.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Address complex and high-visibility customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with R&D teams to develop new features and capabilities for our customers.
  • Product Requirements: Contribute to product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in computer software, with a strong understanding of Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols.
  • Education: B.Sc, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of Ethernet Switches/Routers, network protocols (L2 to L4 layers), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coding Experience: Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C, perl, python, and shell scripts.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AI workflows.
  • Linux Environment: Experience with Linux Environment and Linux Networking.
  • NVIDIA Technologies: Familiarity with NVIDIA Ethernet/Infiniband switches, RoCE, and RDMA concepts.
