Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dental journey.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide quality care.
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments using advanced technology.
- Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during various procedures.
- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record-keeping.
- Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC recommendations.
- Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed.
- Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow.

Qualifications- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
