About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Timothy Road Dental Care. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Take and process x-rays, as well as conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories.
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
  • Manage supply and inventory levels, and place orders as needed.
  • Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow.

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification (if required by state dental practice act).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
