Job Summary

This is a leadership role that requires a high level of expertise in nursing management, staff supervision, and resident care. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing services, ensuring smooth discharge for residents, and participating in facility inspections by authorized government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead our Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standard guidelines
  • Coordinate nursing services and other resident services to provide exceptional care
  • Assist with discharge planning and coordinate weekend coverage and on-call duties
  • Implement and maintain onboarding and orientation for new nurses
  • Participate in facility inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, a current state Registered Nurse license, and a valid CPR certification. Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term healthcare is also required. Strong critical thinking, communication, team building, and leadership skills are essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including guaranteed retention bonus, additional bonus potential, student loan repayment, scholarships, tuition reimbursement, generous insurance options, 401(k) match, and more.
