Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support one of our principal Partners. As a key member of the executive team, you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide support to staff and clients. Your role is instrumental in maintaining office organization, handling communication, and implementing policies that enhance productivity.

  • Assist the Partner in managing direct reports by attending 1:1s, executive team meetings, setting/prioritizing agendas, and setting project timelines and deliverables.
  • Augment the Partner in external meetings by preparing strategic rationale, meeting goals, and stakeholder context. Join meetings to take notes, track follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Serve as a sounding board and thought partner to the Partner on company-related topics, from day-to-day management to meeting structure to strategic vision.
