We are seeking a highly skilled Director, People Data and Analytics to join our team at Richemont. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of people data and analytics strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to develop and implement people data and analytics strategies that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and storytelling to executives and leaders.
- Manage the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to improve measurable performance.
- Coordinate all HR data analytics initiatives across the organization, aligning with global initiatives and tools.
- Supervise the HR Data and Analytics Manager to develop and maintain delivery standards of HR analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of HR/analyst experience.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook skills.
- Familiarity with SAP HR or similar HCM systems.
- Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools.
