Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an integrated production schedule to optimize business outcomes for Avlon.
2. Utilize demand signals, including forecasting data, historical sales, and sales orders, to maximize company sales while minimizing operational waste by scheduling efficient production line and equipment utilization.
3. Schedule production for specified products and production lines, taking into account physical and crewing constraints.
4. Monitor stock levels daily to avoid stockouts and overstocks.
5. Ensure timely availability of materials, addressing challenges as necessary.
6. Balance product capacity across lines using ERP setup to prevent overloading.
7. Analyze and challenge product forecasts to ensure accuracy.
8. Manage scheduling of pre-blend and sub-assembly activities on site.
9. Collaborate with production supervisors daily to ensure factory awareness of plan changes and potential issues.
10. Coordinate product launches to minimize unnecessary line downtime and material waste.
11. Generate and monitor required reports and KPIs at the necessary frequency.
12. Contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
13. Understand and align with corporate objectives, targets, priorities, and due dates.
14. Foster a respectful work environment, promoting team concepts and communication.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field
* 2 years' experience preferably in liquid batching
* Strong demonstrated grasp of statistics
