Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of monthly collections, key investments, and individual item attributes to ensure accurate representation in creative assets.
  • Partner with the Creative Content Manager to craft and maintain photoshoot schedules and post-production timelines.
  • Ensure accurate accessories and up-to-date shoe library is sent to each shoot, with assortment and buy details clearly communicated to the on-set styling team.
  • Manage the Sample Shot List Tracker, diligently tracking missing images and following up to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with re-touchers to track and communicate retouching notes, ensuring every image is polished to perfection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in photo shoot production, fashion marketing, or styling.
  • Passion for product and fashion with growing ability to make styling suggestions based on trends, brand aesthetic, seasonal business goals, and understanding target consumer.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong time management and follow-through.
  • An eagle eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
