Responsibilities:

* Ensure clients comply with IRS regulations and meet their state obligations.
* Analyze and minimize tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies.
* Review financial records, income statements, balance sheets, and expenditures.
* Prepare and file tax returns and work papers for clients.
* Research tax issues and assist with tax audits.
* Consult with clients, review their tax information, and respond to questions and concerns.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of each client\u2019s tax situation.
* Assist in registering new business processes.
* Clerical tasks including scanning documents, photocopying, email correspondence, and other office duties assigned.
* Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
* A degree in Taxation or Accounting is required.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in tax preparation, finance, or accounting in a CPA firm.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Ability to meet deadlines with effective time management skills.
* Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with tax/accounting software (QuickBooks and ProConnect).
