Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
    • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance skills and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time.
