Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating a stand-up reach truck to transport and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up reach truck to transport and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Locate and retrieve inventory in a timely manner to meet customer demands
• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management to minimize errors and delays
• Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
• Candidates must have Stand Up Reach Truck experience
